This is a picture of a girl and her dog relaxing on a beach, watching the sun set. This represents my perspective of leisure. Leisure comes in many forms and activities. It doesn’t matter how simple or complex someone’s experience may be, if they are doing it for its own sake and they enjoy it like this girl and her dog, then to me, that is leisure. That brings me to my definition of leisure. Leisure is time free of obligation to do whatever it is you want to do. If you perceive personal freedom and enjoy what you are doing, then that is leisure.
